Muang Boran

Erawan Museum

Recognizable by its massive three-headed elephant sculpture towering above the building, the museum houses a remarkable collection of artifacts, antiques, and artworks that reflect Thai heritage and spiritual beliefs. The interior is divided into three symbolic levels representing the underworld, the human world, and heaven, each richly decorated with intricate carvings, stained glass, and sacred imagery. Beyond its artistic and architectural beauty, the museum is surrounded by serene landscaped gardens, offering visitors both a cultural landmark and a peaceful retreat for a deeper appreciation of Thailand’s history and cosmology.
